This movie is directed by directors Steve Hickner and Simon J. Smith. The story was written by Jerry Seinfeld and Spike Feresten. It was released in the Philippines last January 8, 2008. The Bee Movie is an animated, comedy and fantasy movie for the whole family. The story is about a bee named Barry B. Benson. Barry is a fresh college graduate and was about to start his career in making honey. He actually has no choice because it is the only career of every living bee in their colony. But as he was being introduced to the industry of making honey, he realized that it is not what he really wanted in life. He wants bigger adventures and challenges in life. So he went on a special trip outside the hive where he met a lot of misadventures.
